I too had a poor experience with this company.
In a nutshell: the course is lacking any serious merit, the advertised support doesn’t exist, the certificate takes an age to arrive in the post, there’s no help when you want to find work. I gave up trying to get through to someone at their office and went ahead and conducted my own job search. I would have given one star if not for the online job I secured because of the certificate.
