4 TEFL Reviews | A Trusted TEFL Reviews Spotlight Article
Who is 4 TEFL?
This company was created in the summer of 2025 (August 19), and claims to run accredited Level 5, CELTA, and DELTA certification online courses.

4 TEFL is a creation of Igor Gunchyk, who is someone who has no past searchable history within the TEFL/TESOL marketplace.

And it doesn’t surprise us, therefore, that the majority of 4 TEFL reviews have been written by Ukrainian nationals.
Second in the review demographics are citizens of Madagascar.
Their reviews on Facebook, Google, and Trustpilot, appear to have been written by close contacts of the owner.
Courses
The company offers four (hence, the reason for their company name) TEFL certification courses:
- Level 5 TEFL/TESOL Course | 200 hours
- Level 5 TEFL Course | 182 hours
- Cambridge CELTA Course
- Cambridge DELTA Course
Trusted TEFL Reviews has repeatedly advised folk searching for an online TEFL/TESOL certification course to avoid programs with bloated hours.
Employers expect you to have a 120-hour TEFL/TESOL certification course certificate – anything more is simply overkill and unnecessary.

Furthermore, we checked the international database for CELTA and DELTA providers and 4 TEFL is not listed as an official provider.
Could they have added “CELTA” and “DELTA” in a psychological play to make their two Level 5 courses appear more legit?
And, to repeat: never purchase a 120-hour (or any course with more hours) for less than $100.
There is a shocking reason why – any cheaper alternatives are useless.
Their Website’s Images
It’s 2026. Does the online TEFL/TESOL industry really call for an objectified image of a woman on a school’s homepage? Is there really strong demand for this?
The images of “staff” appear to be AI-generated – all wearing t-shirts with the school’s logo emblazoned on them.
Images of the school’s premises are simply images taken from online stock photos.
In addition, it appears this company has created its own award, “Learners’ Choice.” This is a clear copy of the well-established, prestigious Teachers’ Choice Award: https://trustedteflreviews.com/teachers-choice-award-winner-2019-2/
They’ve even tried copying the Teachers’ Choice Award logo.
Conclusion
It is the opinion of experts, with whom we have consulted with regard to this company, that this is a classic case of an individual, or individuals, who have decided to create an online TEFL company to try and earn a buck.
This company, and its owner, has no previous TEFL footprint.
It uses inappropriate imagery on its homepage – what CELTA or DELTA Program would show an image of a woman with bright-red lipstick on their homepage? – and questionable images for its staff and business premises.
It’s course offerings are designed to make you think that you are getting an amazing deal.
You won’t be.
