The enrollment process was very straightforward, after purchase I had instant access to the course. So no waiting around to start! Everything that is offered by the website was provided, and I would say this certification course would be beneficial to both those with and those without a background in education. I mean, they walk you through the process so I can’t see anyone with no previous teaching experience having too many issues. My instructor was supportive, encouraging, and communicated punctually. I hope I will have access to all the materials many months into the future because I see myself heavily depending on them for future reference when I’m teaching. This is the only area I’m not absolutely clear on, how long I’ll have access tot he course for. Overall: very user friendly!
