A very worthwhile journey for the prospective Tutor/Teacher of the English Language.

Like many others I’ve met along the way during the past year, I made my decision to pack up and leave my home country on a whim. I had only ever traveled with my parents before, so moving to a different continent on my own was the ultimate in adventure. The mundane lifestyle of home was getting me down, I needed a radical change, and after simply searching online for the best ways to travel and earn, here I am -sitting in my apartment in Prague a year and a half later.

I specifically chose to do my TEFL through TEFL Online Pro because I wanted the option to teach online or onsite. You need to be vigilant about this. A lot of programs tell you they will guarantee you a job abroad, but many of them can only do this for you if you want to teach online. I was lied to numerous times by programs saying yes to every question I asked. When I got in touch with TEFL Online Pro, it was like a breath of fresh air – no marketing spiel, just the plain facts.

It was a very good course. I had an online tutor (Paul) who made himself available at all times of the day to help out if I had a query. I aced the course, was awarded my international TEFL/TESOL certificate, and the jobs support team stuck around for me when I went through that first transition stage of finding a teaching job, arranging my visa, even helping me locate an apartment. I will forever be thankful for the support I received.

If you want to change your life, take the first step. Just like I did. It’s not difficult. You just need to believe and know that someone will help you through the process. The support was included in the price of the course.
