Their office headquarters are in the United Kingdom and in Singapore, but its business model is primarily a franchise TEFL and TESOL course operator.

Therefore, your TEFL and TESOL course experience will vary depending upon who is managing the franchise that you have enrolled in.

Jane, one of the franchisees, was very unprofessional in her dealings with us.
