Just recently, I completed the online TEFL course with TEFL Academy. I found the course to be very engaging. The units can be challenging in some areas but I was able to overcome the obstacles with a combination of YouTube and ChatGPT assisting me. I didn’t feel overwhelmed or out of my depth, but I did feel the course made me stop to think and really learn where it should have. In this way, the course is very well designed and leads you along the path until the end. I understand that some people may not be comfortable taking a course online, and I had similar concerns going into it, but everything has been set up to train people with no TEFL experience whatsoever so you shouldn’t be worried because you will be in good hands. I’ve recently landed a job in Malta, where I’ll be teaching small children at a kindergarten. It’s absolutely something to look forward to and was made possible because of this TEFL program.
