There is absolutely no question that TEFL Online Pro is an awesome TEFL company, and I see now why so many of their graduates consider them a 5-star company. First of all, the support is fabulous. Not only when I was deciding which course to take, but also during the course and after the course too. Every email I sent was answered in a matter of minutes, or (at most) in a matter of a few hours. Getting access to the course was straightforward-you receive a password and username to access the course after you make your course purchase, and then you are able to access the course right away. I do agree with some of the reports that the first module is way too easy, but the remaining 13 were extremely well-presented modules that have clearly been written and designed with the focus of not drowning you with TMI at once. I learned about tenses, phonetics, classroom management, and other topics-all presented in a user-friendly format and each one ending in a fun multiple-choice quiz. I received my course certificate on the day I completed the course! This was just another way in which TEFL Online Pro excelled. Paul was my designated job guidance support person and his advice was incredibly useful. Really. If it weren’t for his help, it would have taken me far longer to begin teaching. I enrolled in the course on September 5th, completed the course on September 21st, received my certificate on September 21st, and began teaching on September 28th. I couldn’t have asked for more. I’m just so pleased that I chose this course over the others I was thinking about taking instead. If I had to describe TEFL Online Pro in one word, it would be Exceptional. I took the 120-Hour Professional course with them.
