There was absolutely no feedback whatsoever during the course. Nada. No online tutor(but I understood this when I enrolled.) All emails sent went unanswered and good luck trying to get through to their mobile or landline number. This course is for those people for whom a desperately limited budget is their driving reason for wanting to take such a cheap(and in my view worthless) TEFL course. The only silver lining to the whole thing was receiving my certificate quite soon after finishing the course. But alas, when I opened up the envelope I discovered a sorry-looking certificate which looked like it had been designed by my nephew. Wish I had discovered trustedteflreviews.com before signing up with IOP.
