I took this course while working full-time so that I could study without needing to take any time off. I was initially worried it would be too difficult to juggle both, but I found this course to be easy to manage while working and the reliable support from OnTESOL helped a lot. I asked if many others study the course when they work full-time and surprisingly many do. Of course, I wouldn’t be able to replicate the same if it was a four-week onsite course. The online aspect of the course is what drew me to it because it’s possible to study at your own pace to a large extent. I concentrated on it at the weekends and whenever possible during the weekday. I appreciate the friendly reminders when I hadn’t logged in for more than a week because these then created a sense of urgency and motivated me to sit down and focus on completing all my assignments, which I did.
Overall it was a very positive experience which I would repeat with OnTESOL.
