Trusted TEFL Reviews wishes all of our visitors a Happy New Year in 2023!
2022 was an incredible year for the Trusted TEFL Reviews community!
We saw just over half a million visitors taking full control of their consumer journeys – researching and reviewing their experiences and demanding the value and customer service that they deserve.
Wow, what a year it has been! đŸ™‚
The more reputable TEFL programs have built positively on their reputations, and the less-reputable Online TEFL programs have shown that they are willing to sink lower if it means earning an extra buck in the process.
Here is a quick recap of 2022:
1. TEFL Online Pro (https://trustedteflreviews.com/category/tefl-online-pro-teachers-choice-award-winner-2022/) won the Teachers’ Choice Award for the fourth year in a row and remains at the top spot in the TEFL Course Directory- https://trustedteflreviews.com/tefl-course-directory/ This means, of course, that they continue to enjoy complimentary advertising on Trusted TEFL Reviews- all Teachers’ Choice Award Winners do.
2. TTA The TEFL Academy (https://trustedteflreviews.com/category/the-tefl-academy/) was finally exposed for misleading its customers with regard to the bogus accreditation claims it makes on its school website.
3. World TESOL Academy (https://trustedteflreviews.com/category/world-tesol-academy/) was also exposed for the scam that they continue to this day- offering dirt-cheap TEFL courses and then billing their graduates for high amounts for the TEFL certificate (which, by the way, is worthless).
4. ITTT TEFL (https://trustedteflreviews.com/category/ittt/) was likewise exposed for fake accreditation; being accredited by a company that spelled ‘Accreditation’ as ‘Accredidation’. Boy, they still have it misspelled on their website!
5. ESLinsider (https://trustedteflreviews.com/category/eslinsider-tefl/) continues to draw people into his TEFL program by masquerading as an impartial expert that just wants to protect people from making the wrong TEFL program choices. What ESLinsider (Ian Patrick Leahy) doesn’t omit – until it is too late – is that he writes false trash about all his competitors and his one motivation is to sell you an Unaccredited ESLinsider Online TEFL course.
6. One major benefit that we noticed this year has been the reduction of market affiliates that claim all kinds of expert knowledge in the hope of selling you a TEFL course that they know little of themselves.
7. The Five Best Online TEFL certification course programs (https://trustedteflreviews.com/2022/12/01/best-online-tefl-courses-tesol-2020/) have remained the same throughout 2022, and continue to remain the Best TEFL/TESOL programs going into 2023.
8. The Four Worst Online TEFL certification course programs (https://trustedteflreviews.com/2022/10/12/worst-tefl-courses-2022/) have remained the same through 2022, and continue to stay the Worst TEFL/TESOL programs going into 2023.
What would be my New Year’s wish?
It would be for the lowest-rated Online TEFL programs to start putting their customers first and upping their game.
It is never too late to make a turnaround and go from a zero to a hero.
I guess we will have to see what 2023 brings.
