I was a student on the teflonlinepro.com 120-hour Professional course, in July 2022.
The pros of the course:
- It’s fully accredited and internationally recognized.
- The course was easy to access. Within minutes of paying for the course, I received my course login password and username.
- I could study when it was convenient for me. Whenever I logged back in, I was always at the same section of the course where I’d last left off.
- Every question that I asked was attended to. My designated tutor was kind and encouraging.
- It’s a well-structured course and chock-full of information.
- You are required to complete a lesson plan coursework assignment after the 6th and 11th modules. I found the feedback given on these immensely important. It showed me whether I was structuring my lesson plans correctly and whether I was including the right type of content for each of the sections.
- The course includes many examples of hugely useful games and activities for individual and group learners.
- My course e-certificate and letter of recommendation were issued on the same day that I completed the course. The hard-copy version of both arrived in the mail a week later.
- Job placement was available when I finished the course. Because I received my certificates so quickly, I was able to immediately begin applying for jobs. It didn’t take long to find a well-paid teaching online job.
- Job support is there for you at any time. I often write to TEFL Online Pro about the possibilities of teaching in various countries and I always receive extremely helpful information from them.
The cons of the course:
- The only con of the course for me was that there was never anyone around on a Sunday. Sunday is a complete day off for TEFL Online Pro.
I was recommended this course by a work colleague whose sister had already gone through the program and who is now teaching English in Korea. She said that TEFL Online Pro has the best TEFL online courses. I agree.

Yes, we made it a company rule from the get-go that Sundays would be a day of rest for all TEFL Online Pro team members.
This allows the entire TEFL Online Pro team a full day to relax and focus on family time, Sunday worship, community work, spending time in nature, sports and recreation, etc.
Every other day of the week, we are here for you twenty-four hours a day.

I always hear great things about this company. Fully accredited and all-round reliable. If it were me choosing which TEFL/TESOL course to take, I’d either choose TEFL Online Pro or OISE UoT.
