I enrolled into this program in early 2020. I didn’t think to read reviews or do my due diligence until afterwards. Now I wish I had done my homework because I’m not sure if they’re even accredited. The course was OK. I compared the syllabus to other TEFL programs and it is comparable. Their customer service, though, is little more than an automated email system. Whenever you have a problem about a certain module you communicate with the teacher but no teacher ever gets back to you at all. This got me worried because I knew I would need at least some help finding work (which Premier TEFL write that they provide to their TEFL students) so I was curious what past alumni of the program had to say. When I did, I saw that they already had very poor reviews from students. I immediately emailed the admissions rep asking to cancel my enrollment. She was nice and she did tell me that it was taken care of. It wasn’t. 9 months later and I am still waiting for my refund. My advice to anyone that’s looking to enroll into the school is don’t do it. You will regret it.
