Taught through the University of Toronto, Canada, and job support handled by Teach Away. The course explores 101 TEFL/TESL essentials in plain English and in such a way that I never found myself feeling bored as I made my way through the course. Topics include teaching methodology, a variety of grammar subjects, potential issues of teaching in a classroom overseas, phonetics, managing your teaching environment, teaching language skills, etc. The course invites learners to subject their own views on these topics to critical examination.
The principal readings for the course are extremely well presented and I received loads of international job support after completion.
I plan to teach English overseas and know that when I return back that I won’t face any issues teaching in the Canadian school system.
This surely has to be one of the best TEFL/TESL programs around.
