For me, this course worked great. Ticked all the boxes.
The visa rules in China have changed and they expect you to have a TEFL certificate now. Before it was optional. Now it is compulsory.
So I had to quickly find one online to take at the urgent request of my school and an ad for i-to-i popped up on my screen. Covered everything I needed but more importantly, the certificate was enough to satisfy my school and the authorities over here.
