I am a student in the i-to-i TEFL program right now and I had so many problems logging into my course. They were very prompt in getting back to me, and answering my questions when I was going to enroll, but now I have enrolled, it’s a bit of a nightmare getting anyone to get back to me a solve what I see as a simple issue. After I purchased the course, I received a username and password to enter the course and they didn’t work. It took a week for i-to-i TEFL to get back to me and straighten things out. That means I lost a week of my allotted study time. Now I’m able to access the course materials, I can see that everything works as it should and I am enjoying my time. For the course, I gave a high score. For the customer service (after paying) it’s a thumbs down.

The login issue after paying seems to be a consistent issue with the I-to-I TEFL certification program, as is the sketchy response times to its customers.
