Job Placement Scam when you enroll in a course with ITT International TEFL and TESOL Ltd., and World TEFL Institute.
ITT International TEFL and TESOL Ltd., and World TEFL Institute are both owned and operated by James Anthony Dwyer.
James is a scammer.
He is a British citizen, operating his fake TEFL programs out of Cebu City in the Philippines, and he is all-round a seriously dodgy individual.

It seems that James has now moved into the Job Placement Scam racket; teaming up with some random school and earning an ongoing commission for sending his TEFL graduates there.
What’s the ongoing commission?
TEFL Job placements are the lazy way to get a job when there is so much work available and when it is easy to find a job with limited support.
If a TEFL/TESOL program offers Job Placement, it very often means that they find you a job, you start working at the school and the conditions are very different from what you were promised, and the TEFL program takes a slice of your monthly or weekly wages as their agreement with the school you were naive enough to agree to teach for.
What is incredulous, is that James is requesting that anyone even considering this option must record a video; a video that James updates to the ITT International TEFL and TESOL Ltd. YouTube channel.
Firstly, there is absolutely no reason, whatsoever, to record a video for a TEFL course that you have yet to complete.
Secondly, there is absolutely no reason why an introduction video should be uploaded to a TEFL program’s YouTube channel.
Thirdly, just avoid any offers of job placement.
You should be looking for TEFL/TESOL programs that offer Job Assistance or Job Support, but never Job Placement.

The channel for his World TEFL Institute only has one video now; a video recorded by one of his friends.
The channel for his ITT International TEFL and TESOL Ltd. channel has a few videos and you just have to take a look because the choice of graphics and artificial voicing is comical.
The videos regarding job placement applications are not, though.

I knew it! And I tried to get my money back after signing up for the course years ago (2018?), after noticing an error in the program that threw me off. I didn’t win the case with PayPal and my bank, because of the basis of the argument being about incorrect grammar usage.
The program also offered on-site tutoring with purchase. The funny thing is that James was the ‘tutor’ who appeared to chat with me when I noticed the error.
Pointing out the possibility of being scammed in this way made me feel like I was being a xenophobe…but I knew that James, the guy who disputed the claims with me would be proven to have been operating a scam business online someday.

Yes, we can confirm that both ITT International TEFL and TESOL Ltd. and World TEFL Institute are exclusively owned and operated by James Anthony Dwyer.
James claims that there is a team working at both programs, but this is a flat-out lie.
When you communicate with either program, you will be communicating with James.
