120 hour Professional. Payment was straightforward and without issues and course access was immediate. The online tutor was helpful and present throughout the course, I had an issue with not passing a module quiz and he reset it for me without any drama. The lesson plan assignments were well placed within the course and constructive feedback followed quickly after submission. The Professional course with Tefl Online Pro is a great course to study. It managed to introduce so much useful information within the 120 hour window. Completed the course in 3 weeks, studying a few hours a night during the week and full weekends. One negative is communication with the office could be a bit slower over the weekend, especially on Sundays. Certificate was delivered inside of 10 days and so was my letter of recommendation. There weren’t any attempts to upsell any further products. Finding a job was pretty easy with this certification. Would take it again. Will recommend to others.
