Uni-Prep Institute online TEFL/TESOL certification course review.
Took the 120-hour TESOL certificate course: $249. I thought it was a pretty decent course all around. It basically did the job so I don’t have any major complaints. I do wish there was more support during and after the course, but for this price, I guess you can’t expect too much. Especially when you take into account that an in-class TEFL course costs almost 10 times as much. The main benefits of taking a course like this are that you have almost total control over when you study, and for how long you study. Everything is managed online. Found this extremely convenient as I was able to fit the course around my full-time job. Don’t know how it compares with the many other TEFL courses on offer out there.
