Have just completed my 120 Professional TEFL course with this company.
There was fantastic support from the beginning of inquiring and all the way up to having my certificate posted to me. As an example, I didn’t properly read one of the modules and failed the end-of-module quiz. I just went into panic mode and quickly sent off a private message to my online tutor, who replied within an hour and reset the module for me so I could have a second try at it. I loved the way the course was set up – a very pleasant study experience. They are helping me to find work now and so far I’m extremely satisfied with their support.
The only thing I didn’t like was the Phonetics module, which was really difficult for me.
