Keesha’s review of OISE Toronto TEFL. Please add five stars. Thanks! For the last few years, my husband and I were living the van life. We’d spend summers in Canada and winters in Arizona. Well, Trump put those plans on ice so we HAD To stay in Toronto this summer past. We felt we were going crazy so to occupy ourselves we enroled in the OISE Toronto TEFL virtual learning course. We didn’t want to rush it and took two whole months studying. I think you can do it on one month if you put your mind to it. Earlier this year we sold the van, bought plane tickets, and headed down to Ecuador. We’ve been teaching in Quito ever since. Such a gorgeous capital city! We have zero plans to return and are absolutely content here. The wages are not great when you compare to Canada, but it’s SO cheap and the locals SO lovely that everything just fits perfectly. Some areas of the city are dodgy but we simply don’t go there. On the whole, it’s safe and there’s a significant police presence. We take trips most weekends and have made so many friends. It’s exciting being our ages and waiting to see what the future brings. Thank you OISE Toronto TEFL and the amazing locals in Ecuador!
