Trusted TEFL Reviews has repeatedly offered The TEFL Academy a straightforward way to resolve any genuine factual disputes.
We have repeatedly told The TEFL Academy that if it can provide verifiable evidence that specific information published on Trusted TEFL Reviews is false, we will review the evidence and, where appropriate, edit or delete the relevant information.
This offer has not been conditional on The TEFL Academy agreeing with an article, a reviewer’s opinion, or a particular rating. It concerns factual claims.
For example, where questions have been raised concerning The TEFL Academy’s accreditation and affiliate marketing claims, we have invited The TEFL Academy to provide clear, verifiable evidence addressing those questions.
We have made this offer repeatedly for approximately three years. The TEFL Academy has never responded to that offer with the specific verifiable evidence we have requested.
Instead, the issue has increasingly involved requests to remove content.
We believe there is an important distinction between disagreeing with information or opinions published about a company and demonstrating that a specific factual statement is false.
Trusted TEFL Reviews remains willing to correct genuine factual errors. If The TEFL Academy believes that any particular statement on this website is false, it can identify the statement and provide the evidence supporting its position.
Why are we publishing this list?
We believe readers should be able to see for themselves the material that has been challenged rather than simply being told that content has been the subject of removal requests.
The list is also notable because it includes positive reviews and favorable comments about The TEFL Academy, as well as critical material.
The TEFL Academy has also contacted our website provider concerning content on Trusted TEFL Reviews. The provider declined to take action in response to that request because the request did not comply with its requirements.
The underlying legal disputes involving The TEFL Academy and Trusted TEFL Reviews remain unresolved. We therefore do not suggest that the publication of this list establishes that every statement contained in every article is legally established as true.
