Was very impressed with the set up of this program. Felt like a well-oiled machine. Engaging, logically presented, and with tons of external resources for continued learning, such as YouTube video recommendations. The feedback of assignments was also helpful, giving me suggestions on how to improve. The TEFL Academy does lose a couple of stars, though, for its speed of communication. Admittedly, I had many questions, but none of them were answered. After a few times sending an email and receiving a queue ticket, I just gave up. Completed the course last year and finally one of my questions was answered this week. Hence the reason for writing this review. The course is very good, but, beside the feedback on assignments, I wouldn’t bother contacting them because you just won’t receive any response. Had to search for work on my own. It made me wonder whether those assignment feedback emails were automated?
