I’ll briefly list the bad and good points.
Bad:
Paid for online tutor support, but never received.
Charged for the course certificate, without prior notice.
Requested to open a positive ITTT thread on r/TEFL Reddit, in exchange for a free top-up course.
Good:
Access to the course was immediate after payment went through.
Course was diverse and not over or underwhelming.
Certificate looks legit and I’ve used it for two jobs to date.
Three stars.
