Bridge TEFL review, submitted by Crystal.
At first, I was hesitant because I wasn’t sure if TEFL was a scam. I didn’t think it was possible to take a course and get a job as a result – a job where I could be anywhere in the world and still earn a living. I can safely assure you that TEFL isn’t a scam. Bridge TEFL was one of the programs that kept showing on my feed and I went ahead and enrolled.
My experience was predominantly positive.
The course was chock-block full of TEFL information and I got to plan some real-life lesson plans. It didn’t involve any real teaching experience, in a classroom, but I’ve been assured that I will quickly learn the ropes when I started teaching students. This has turned out to be fact.
Fast forward through to now and I’m doing exactly what I wanted to be doing: teaching students online from many different backgrounds and traveling while I work.
My only critique about Bridge TEFL is that there are specific start and end days to the course, which was OK for me but may not be for others who want to study at their own pace. Getting used to the course layout was also a contention because it isn’t a simple login-logout experience. Despite the few negatives, though, an ideal course!
