I paid for the TEFL Universal course and never received any course materials. Despite repeated attempts to contact them by email and phone, I was ignored, and on several occasions, they even hung up on me. There was no support, no refund, and no way to get my money back. This company is unprofessional and unreliable. I strongly advise against using TEFL Universal. Look elsewhere for a legitimate TEFL provider.
