The course is great, the barriers to study are extreme.
I took in so much information on this course. Everything appears to be covered. Grammar, lesson planning, classroom management, testing, learner levels, correcting, activities, games, etc. I can’t fault the course. Flawless. The instructor support was equally on a high level. Peer-learning and peer-teaching are very strong aspects of this course. You study alone online, but you share the experience with others taking the course at the same time as you.
What I didn’t like was the preregistration. Why was it needed to register again after I’d paid and entered my full personal details? I also couldn’t understand the reasoning behind running the course on Moodle. It was so complicated getting used to a whole new operating system just to take a 4-week online TEFL course. I hated the preregistration and Moodle. Please change this!
