“complete lack of customer service”

Once you’ve signed up and paid, trying to contact Enjoy TEFL is like trying to get blood from a stone. I actually thought the course had some merit, but their complete lack of customer service and the fact that I’m STILL waiting for my certificate doesn’t really inspire me to recommend this course to others.
