Horrible experience with ITTT TEFL Online.
Worst customer service. Poor course content. Never received my certificate from them. When you try to get through to their office it takes forever for somebody to pick up, and then you just get the same useless answers. They just don’t seem to care that people take their course to receive TEFL certification. Not to then wait months for the certificate to arrive. Won’t issue me a refund and can’t ask my bank for one now as it’s been over 6 months. What to do? I guess it’s a case of just waiting, or spending more money on another TEFL course.
