Terrible customer service. If you plan on studying at the weekend when I imagine most students who hold down full-time jobs do then think again. I had many difficulties accessing the online course over the weekend and this was just so frustrating. After contacting TEFL Org, you might, if you are lucky, receive a human reply within a week. If not, then it will probably be an automated response. The course was not as described on their website. It was dull and outdated, and the video content quality was atrocious. There is nothing ‘advanced’ about the TEFL Org 40-hour Teaching English Online advanced TEFL course. A total waste of time.
