I am very satisfied with the customer service. MyTEFL were very helpful, professional and friendly. They were understanding when I accidentally answered some of the quiz questions incorrectly and allowed me to retake the quiz. Replies to questions I asked were quick and the course was overall very enjoyable. I thought the section on phonetics was particularly interesting and it is going to be something that I use regularly with my students. I am now in the process of securing a teaching job overseas and the help I have received from MyTEFL has been great so far. I honestly didn’t realize that there were so many places around the world where it is possible to teach English. Thank you very much MyTEFL!
