I learnt an important life lesson: do your homework before just accepting the first thing that shows up on Google search! Parts of the course content were useful, but for me, the 20 hours classroom based component was an absolute waste of time. It was monotonous and repetitive. Really terrible! I was led to believe that this was a CELTA equivalent course, but it isn’t. It definitely isn’t. I was promised that the course would prepare me for teaching English online, but it wasn’t covered at all. Nothing. Nada. An expensive error of judgment on my part.
